AfricaBUD is licensed by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) under it's parent company Morwamax (Pty) Ltd.  

AfricaBUD is an indoor growing facility that uses closed room cultivation with full, regulated environmental controls. 

AfricaBUD operates under the Medicines and Related Substance Act 101, 1965. Therefore, AfricaBUD only deals with companies that have been licensed to manufacture and/or supply cannabis products by their representative regulatory authority. All clients will need to provide full proof of licensing and all accompanying documents.
